Undoubtedly, one of the serious needs of every person for a normal life and presence in society is to have health in various dimensions. Being healthy so that a person can live a normal life and meet their needs is part of a person’s health. This means that, without a doubt, physical health alone cannot meet a person’s needs in life. Rather, every person also has mental and emotional needs, which, along with them and by complementing physical needs, can be considered a healthy person.
Today’s sedentary lifestyle and lack of exercise have caused deterioration in people’s physical health. On the other hand, new technologies and the prevalence of their use in life, lack of proper use, and the resulting harm have threatened the mental health of most people in society.
This is undoubtedly why the World Health Organization has designated not just one day, but a week in the month of October as Mental Health Week, a week that reflects the importance of this category, and each of its days is dedicated to a part of the vast issue of mental health.
